"The Kossuth Prize-winning artist, who has won the National Artist Award, has forever inscribed his name in the history of universal motion picture, and he deserves a particularly prominent place in Hungarian film history, as his 1980 animated film, The Fly – which is only a 3-minute animated film - became the first Oscar-winning Hungarian film.

The grotesque depiction in his ten-minute short film The Last Supper (2018) contrasts the sublime tone of Leonardo da Vinci's mural with the mundaneness and ordinariness of the present. "
